Transfer Students
We are no longer accepting transfer students for the 2023-2024 school year.
We are happy to welcome transfer students into the Fenwick family! During your time at Fenwick, you will have opportunities to expand your knowledge, grow in your faith, and find community with your peers. Below you will find the steps you can take to start the transfer process.
If you have any questions, please contact the Admissions Office at (513) 428-0525 or by email.
Application for Admission and Release of Records
All potential transfer students are required to complete the Application for Admission and complete a Release of Records. The release allows Fenwick to review academic performance, attendance, and discipline records at previous schools.

Principal Meeting
All potential transfer students and their families are required to meet with Fenwick’s principal, Mr. Collison. This meeting allows families and Fenwick to learn more about the reasoning behind the transfer and discuss why the student wants to transfer to Fenwick.
Admissions Decision
An admissions decision will be made after submission of the Application for Admission, review of previous school records, and the principal meeting are complete.
Important Notes
- In general, only transfer students who are new to the area will be considered for admission to 12th grade.
- Transfer students will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, if there is space available and an appropriate academic program is available in their respected grade.
- Students who transfer to Bishop Fenwick High School will be placed in courses that are appropriate considering their school records. The Principal, Guidance Counselor, and Assistant Principal will oversee the class placement of students.
