7th & 8th Grade Student SPRING FLING DANCE

Bishop Fenwick High School Cafetorium – Enter through Front Door

Please join us for a fun evening of dance, games, refreshments and door prizes sponsored by our Student Council!
Meet other area 7th and 8th Graders! This annual mixer dance has attracted students from many area grade schools
who you may eventually meet in high school. We hope YOU will be joining us for our 2019 event!

Admission: Please complete the Permission Slip on the reverse side, signed by your parent/guardian, and turn in at the front door, along with $5.00. You will need both this form and $5.00 to enter, which includes DJs, snacks, refreshments, and door prizes. Please enter through our Front Door. No students will be admitted after 8:30 pm.

Students: Students are encouraged to dance, chat with friends and enjoy the music and games. All dancing should be done with dignity and should allow for appropriate distances between partners. All students will be asked to leave coats, purses, backpacks, etc. in a safe designated area. We are not responsible for the loss of any items brought to the dance.

What to wear: This is a casual dance and jeans, slacks or dresses are appropriate with a spring theme. We ask that students use good judgment in their choice of dress for the evening without revealing or inappropriate clothing. Chaperones/teachers have the right to make final determination of appropriateness and parents will be notified of inappropriate dress.

Parents: Please let us know if your child is being picked up early or taken home by anyone other than their parent or guardian in the Extra Comments section. Please note that students will not be allowed to leave the cafetorium without a parent’s or guardian’s consent. We ask parents to come in and pick up their child if they are being picked up early. Thank you! Students will not be permitted to go outside of the cafetorium area during the dance. Please be sure to pick up your student within 15 minutes of the dance’s end, as a courtesy to chaperones.
