Senior Recognition Ceremony and our Class of 2020 Graduation Ceremony

The Senior Recognition Ceremony will be aired on YouTube on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 6:00 PM.

The ceremony follows the traditional Fenwick format of announcing special awards to the graduating class, individually acknowledging EVERY member of the graduating class, and a tribute video created by the multi-media class seniors. You will find the link for this airing on the link below. Once the ceremony airs it will be available on YouTube for future viewing.

The link for the live stream will be included below so that family members, in their car and at home, will be able to view it via cell phone or other wireless device. If your family does not have the technology available to view the ceremony in your vehicle, please reach out to Mrs. Stier at bstier@fenwickfalcons.org so that we can find a way to make this work for you! Each graduate received details about the ceremony when they picked up their cap and gown from school. Below are some reminders as well as additional information regarding the ceremony.

Class of 2020 Graduation Ceremony Live Stream-May 28th at 6:00pm

- Each graduate has been assigned one parking spot in either the staff/senior parking lot or the larger underclassmen lot. The assigned spot was noted in the letter the graduates received with their cap and gown.

o Only one car is permitted per graduate and it must be parked in this order. The only exception is for students with split/hybrid households which have been pre-approved and assigned a parking spot by Fenwick administration.

  • The graduate should be in cap and gown and should sit on the passenger side of the vehicle.
  • Each graduate should have their own mask to be worn when they receive their diploma. They will be permitted to remove the mask for their picture after they receive their diploma and are spaced accordingly away from the presenters.
  • The only time graduates should get out of their car is for the reception of their diploma, or if they are one of the designated speakers. Family members must remain in cars at all times while on campus. This includes at the time of diploma reception where our professional photographer will get the pictures.
  • Decorate your cars (appropriately, please)!
  • When you receive your diploma cover the diploma will not be in it. Students eligible for the diploma will receive it after returning their graduation gown on June 1st.
  • It is important to follow the directions as laid out for each part of the ceremony. Time and effort have gone into making this celebration professional in presentation and organization, meaningful to our graduates and their families, and safe for everyone involved.
  • Included with this letter you will find the list of parking spots with additional information including time to arrive (to help smooth the process), parking spot number and the row you will find your spot. You will also find maps showing flow of traffic for the arrival, diploma ceremony, and exit processes.
