F.A.M.A.

The Fenwick Association for Musical Arts (FAMA) is the supportive arm of the music department at Bishop Fenwick High School. Providing support and encouragement for the music department and faculty at Fenwick, the purpose of FAMA is:

1. To promote and encourage enthusiastic community interest and support
2. To provide financial support above and beyond that provided by Bishop Fenwick High School:
   • Events/Performances
   • Music related materials
   • Trips
   • Refreshments
   • Awards
   • Uniforms
3. To promote student interest, participation, appreciation, and exposure to the musical arts programs
4. To promote cooperation and communication between FAMA members, musical arts staff and the greater school community
5. To provide communications to keep parents, legal guardians, school administration, musical arts staff, and the public informed of the activities and projects of the group
6. To actively support all musical arts performances and events.
7. To foster a sense of community among all stakeholders
8. To support the evaluation and continued growth and improvement of the musical arts program
