As of Wednesday, September 2, 2020, all items created underneath the Bishop Fenwick High School brand will adhere to a new approval process. Over the last two years Bishop Fenwick has been committed to creating and maintaining a strong and consistent brand identity. Through 2018 and 2019 Bishop Fenwick partnered with VIP Branding to update our brand and create solid brand guidelines.
Bishop Fenwick HS Brand Guidelines
All Bishop Fenwick programs will now adhere to the same process for approval. Programs include, but are not limited to, athletic programs, performing arts programs, clubs, extracurricular activities, academic/administrative departments and parent/volunteer programs. Items include, but are not limited to, student/athlete apparel, coaching/leadership apparel, spirit wear, uniforms, promotional items and anything overall that represents Bishop Fenwick High School.
Written approval will come through the Bishop Fenwick Marketing & Communications Office. If a program is seeking to have an item created, this must be done through collaboration with the Bishop Fenwick Marketing & Communications Office. At no time can a program work with a third party to create items without the consultation, collaboration and approval from the Bishop Fenwick Marketing & Communications Office.
If a program has an item that it desires to purchase, print or communicate, below is the process to obtain approval:

The request must include all details of the item. Any images that relate to the item can be emailed to Natalie McDonald. There will be a response to insure the request was received within 48-72 hours of the request. The request will be reviewed by multiple parties. Either approval will be granted or collaboration between the program and the Director of Marketing & Communication will begin to create a strong item that is consistent with the Bishop Fenwick brand.
For many years, programs have had freedom to create items. This policy is our commitment to create a streamlined process for all programs that guarantees a strong, consistent brand within the established brand guidelines.
